I cancelled a contract and specified the number be retained as "pay as you go". I completed the required forms and emailed all documents to Vodacom Retentions Cancellations. I received a reply from the Cancellations Admin Team with a reference number acknowledging receipt of payment, and they stated in their email this would be dealt with within 24 hours. Despite having followed up 3 times since then, it is now TWO WEEKS and the process is STILL pending!!! This service is totally unacceptable
