Vodacom has so lost the plot when it comes to its customers and taking the time to listen to them, its all about the money they dont care to listen to the customer they phone you already with the intention of u being wrong, it was your fault and u made the choice we not refunding your money, Vodacom has taken so much money from me its unbelievable
To be honest Vodacom can take that money and just shove it up their which they gladly already did.
I am just seeing this cellphone contract out then im cancelling and switching networks.
