Sent phone in to them (not charging) they come back water damage pay R2700 . These guys should all hang their heads in shame worst service provider in SA in any industry. They made no effort to have phone checked out and actually tell me what is wrong since i am a paying customer. My phone was faulty (click charge unit needed replacing) which cost me R650 . Thanks vodacom customer care my it's non-existent what happened to going the extra mile or trying to assist customers. NO you pay or leave it thats their attitude
No one at Vodacom will be able to explain what the R2700 is for they are taking customers for a ride can't wait to move to MTN
