We dont know how to help we are limited

Vodacom is busy with an investigation of my sim swop and then money was removed from my account and i was told they are almost closing the case so i wrote a report to hello peter last month and they responded just to clear the name vodacom .the department phoned me and asked me for all the details as i gave it to them they said they will get back to me. weeks later and no one has even got back to me on the progress of this investigation and also about my money that was lost during that time all the sim swaps was done perhaps it is to go to the papers and to the radio stations warning the public that vodacom has a leak in the pipe line as far as goes let us see maybe before i go they might contact me or perhaps they want me to drop it and leave it the money i have lost perhaps if they VODACOM have a couple of people cancelling the phone numbers with them they will feel what it feels to loose money
