After numerous e-mails and even phone calls and eventually visits to Altech Autopage at Mall@Carnival Brakpan, I had to hear that they are not going to refund the monies they have deducted throughout my 2 year contracts with each of the 3 data cards, which were way in excess of the limits I have put on the three accounts, as we didn't adhere to the messages that were sent to the data cards, indicating that we are over the limits. My question is, what does it help to set limits, if Altech Autopage cannot cut the line in time, when other companies has client zones and are able to cut the line, once you have reached your limit?
