I ordered 2 iPhone 5 contracts in mid December from cell c via their customer service hotline. While they said there was no stock in they still helpfully organized the contracts so all was in order for when they did get stock which was to be in 20 days. After been told that ever thing was in order I patiently waited for the phones after 20 days I gave them a call only to find out my contracts had been cancelled due to lack of paper work which I was originally told was all in order. Not only were the contracts cancelled but no one even bothered to call me to let me know. After that was sorted out I called back in a couple days only to find out my contracts had once again been cancelled and once again, no one had bothered to inform me! Ater having to fight with the attendant to speak to the manager, the manager apologized and sorted every thing else, even she was in shock with the service. Now I am still waiting for the phones even though for the last 3 days they keep telling me they tried to bring it to me but I didn't answer my phone, funny how I have no missed calls from them! What has happened to customer service? ive spent in total over 2hrs holding on their call centre line.
