I have been a client of Nashua since 1994 on a contract Since then my average account never exceeds R3500.00 for my whole family. Then suddenly my wife's phone account in January was soft lock because it went over its limits. In March my own account were soft lock because I reached my limit as well. I did query it and then they told me that I was on the net the hole time. IA paid the account of R7000 plus because its a business phone. Then in April the account was R 11000.00 witch I refuse to pay and in May it was R7000.00 again, The excuses is know that my phone is down loading data by it self. I am totally prepare to pay the account if all data costs is removed from it because I took a additional GB data bundle extra for the Internet usage . my argument is if they can soft lock you on your calls then they can lock you when you reached your data limits . must tell you that both my wife as well as my own phone were wiped twice for unwanted downloads.
My phone were locked on the first of May because of down loads I did not even made one call for the month. the reason for this was also down loads . why block my phone calls if they could block my data,??
