BAD SERVICE

I applied for a new contract iphone 5c on November 28. It is December 9 and I still have no phone. On 2 December my application was approved. But my number cannot be released.
Every time I go to the MTN store I have been met with excuses and no follow up calls.
I wait at least half an hour before getting served, and I walk out frustrated. The number listed on the internet is not answered.(011) 4471399 or 083 8698209.
Tumelo says he will keep me updated but I have had no call or sms to date. I have to be the one to initiate contact before anything gets reported. He complains that he's very busy - but that is not my problem, I am a customer.
I am considering moving to another network simply because of the level of service. Frustrated.
