I completed an 'Agreement' form for an iPhone 5 on 18 December 2012. This pre-approved me for the contract.
Agreed, i was informed on signing up that they were only expecting their stock in the first week of January. This was reasonable.
It is the 19th of February 2013, and to date they still do not have stock!
I have made numerous calls to the store, only to hear in a flippant, dont-care tone, that they do not have stock!
I called the call centre in January, i am still waiting for them to 'follow up' and 'call me back.'
I even visited the store. How frustrating an exercise that proved to be! I was told that i am number 73 on the waiting list. I cannot fathom how there are still 72 other people from one store that are still waiting for their iPhones before me!
Do i really want to leave my current service provider for this??!!
Please confirm if i will receive my phone by the end of this month 28th February 2013
