Totally unwilling to assist

Not the first time this has happened, I've had many unpleasant experiences with iBurst but I'm not someone who normally complains.
The people who work in the call centres are just so unfriendly and unwilling to help, they sound bored when you speak to them, even irritated to have to deal with you.
Everything I ask, the answer is "I don't know", and there are no solutions. I need to get my WIFI back up and running and no one can tell me how, because their "system is down". I've heard that phrase so many times that it just seems like a cop-out by now, so that someone can go back to reading their newspaper instead of helping me.
Why do you guys even have a call centre?
If anyone actually does want to help me, my account number is W0049605 but I'm sure I will not get a phone call from anyone there.
At least you are consistent, though, because there are nothing but complaints about you on, and lots of them!
