USELESS Cell C

I stay in Boksburg Van DYk Park, I use a Cell C speedstick modem, for the past two weeks i cannot connect to the Cell C network in this area, in other areas its working fine.
I tried my best nobody want to help me, can they please refund my money so i can join a provider that has access. We all know that we cannot live without internet access anymore.
THIS IS THE MOST USELESS NETWORK AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.
