Bad vodacom network

The bad service started last year August in Secunda. Overloaded towers is the cause. Vodacom customers in secunda receive bad service. And Vodacom are not doing anything about it.
We must pay for a service that we do not receive. We can't have a decent conversasion over the phone. Impossible to work with 3g, all you get is a time out message. Try to use facebook on vodacom network (connection lost try again) All this trying and trying is using mb that we must pay for. I did a sim swop but nothing improved. The vodacom shop in secunda said that vodacom is having software problems on the towers.(Since last year???) This is what they gave me on the 03/02/2013.We have forwarded your query to our Networks Division for further investigation and feedback. No feedback problem still there.
