Impossible to get through to any MTN employee

It is shocking to think that in this day and age it your emails do not get responded to and your calls do not get answered - and by a telecommunications company who operates in a very competitive environment.

I sent an email to request that my contract get terminated as it reaches its 24th month in December 2013. I did not get a response within 48 hours so I decided to send through another email as a reminder. I get this computer generated response saying that my query will be dealt with shortly but it has been over a week and still no response. I go onto Google everyday to try and get a contact number for me to speak to somebody who can assist me, trying different number each day but still no "LUCK". the call centre keeps me holding for over 30mins, the shops in various shopping malls and lifestyle centres do not pick up the phone. it is ridiculous.

all I need is for a confirmation that my contract will be terminated.

once I get that confirmation, you can bet your bottom dollar I will never consider MTN as a service provider in future.
