EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE

1. I have terminated my cellphone contract no 0836351234 on 01 Dec 2012. (I have proof)
2.I have received confirmation after numerous emails to NM (Nashua Mobile) that the number will be a prepaid number as from 01 Febrauary 2013.
3. I have three other contracts running with Nashua Mobile.
4. One of the three was due for upgrade in Jan 2013. I requested Adolf at the Standard Bank Square Branch to terminate the contract. No reply or response.
5. I have requested Rose (NM Std Bnk Sq Polokwane) and have sent her all correspondence regarding all the issues by mail and by hand to assist me sorting out the account. No response no assistance.
6.I have phoned the international number (011-2078000), client services and requested an email address of someone to assist me. I was given [Email Removed] Whenever I correspond with them, I receive a "thank you reply" and that I will be contacted shortly. Well I have 3 of those and still no support or assistance.
7.I have requested the operator on 011-2078000 to put me through to Mark Taylor's office, no joy, they declined. The more I keep telling them I am phoning from Malawi and it costs a fortune, the more they put me on hold.
