Cancelled Contract 24/6/13 still no CONFIRMATION

I sent through an email on the 24 June 13 @ 14h47 and then again on the 25 June 13 @ 9h26 to which I have had any response.

I have also called the Call Centre & I keep being told to send an email to [Email Removed]

My reference numbers are : 1776259 (Shana Lambert) and 18934875 Thami, This is confirmation that I cancelled my contract on the 24th June 2013, giving ADT more than 1 months notice to terminate my contract effective 31 July 2013.

You service is shocking & I cant believe I had to stick it out 3 years with ADT.
