In the 9th of January vodacom send me an sms to inform me that they received a request from me to cancell my cell number due to or. I immediately called vodacom and told them that I never send a request like that, and that I definitely don't want my cell number to be cut off. Vodacom then let me know that it was autopage that cut my number off. Since then I have been trying to have my number switched on again onto prepaid as it was my own number whichj I have had for many years on prepaid before I took out a small contract for R25.00 per month from autopage. This is also my business number, and now I cannot contact anybody, and nobody can contact me, so I am loosing money here, which I am sure autopage is not going to refund me. Autopage said they will have it switched on in 24 hours, today they said it will be on in 31days, thats too long.
