I bought the phone in September and the phone is supposed to be water resistant. A few weeks later water fell on my phone and it was liquid damaged.
The warrantee I have with Vodacom does not cover Liquid damage, but this is a water resistant phone... I expected Sony to give me a new phone as water was not supposed to damage the phone... I don't understand.
I contacted Sony Care Centre and they just dismissed me with emails that shows they don't care. I need to be compensated for this as I needed to pay in R 2 750 to my Vodacom Insurance to get a new phone.
This is ridiculous!!!
