No answer on the call centre

Hello,

FOr the past month i have been trying to cancel my telkom line. I have called the call centre, at least 50 times already, i wait on the phone for up to 45 minutes at a time and there's just no answer. All i want to do is cancel my line as i have already moved out of the place.
Can someone please help me to cancel my phone line.

The service from Telkom is appalling. we are paying for this service so we should certainly not be treated with such disrespect.
