On 22 August a Telkom tech came to install a line for one of my neighbours & promptly killed our line. 0315635929. Fault 265CNK220813 was still not fixed a week later.
When we phoned the 4th time, instead of fixing the problem they gave us a new ref 539201. Wow! Clever!
The fault was fixed, TEMPORARILY only this morning FOR ONLY 30 MINUTES AND IS NOT WORKING AGAIN!
