My wife got her new cell phone on the 23/12/2013 she had to do a sim swop as well, she took of two days to go see them about the phone and the phone still not working, I as her husband went there this morning and they told me the phone is faulty i mean it was there duty to check out the phone in the first place. Today is 09/12/13 the phone still not working what a bad experience for me with vodacom, know they telling me the phone must go in for repairs.
