i am utterly disgusted with the service from Telkom .my telephone was hit by lightening on 9/1. we reported this and each week we are told it is escalated. wjen u call the faults line, u hold on for 15 minutes before u can soeak to anyone and if you ask to speak to a supervisor u hold another 5 minutes and no answer. my neighbours line was fixed last week, i cannot understand why mine is not. My line is registered as a residential number but my husband runs his business from home and we just cannot get through to anyone. Can some one please contact me to repair this line, fault no: 464CRK090114.this is the second complaint i have submitted online and NO SUPPLIER RESPONSE AT ALL. I get messages on my mobiles that it is with the technical repair div, but nothing gets done.
