Debit order cancelled but still debited

I cancelled my debit order with cell c so that I can arrange with my own bank for a stop order. Yesterday I paid my monthly subscribtion only to receive another sms notification that cell c also debited my account. Y on earth will they tell me that the debit order was cancelled if it was not. Please refund my money with bank charges that the bank charged me if you want to keep me as a customer. I did not want the debit order in the first place but they insisted and assured me that I can cancell it after 3 months. This was a lie. A colleque of mine also struggle with the same problem.
