I had a contract with 8ta, which i gave notice to cancel 2 months, 1 month and on the date it should be cancelled as well as fighting after the cancellation date as it was not cancelled. then i got an invoice every month that Telkom Mobile owes me some money.
They do not want to pay that into my account, because they do not do payments for that little amount. when i asked if i owed them the money, would they arrange a debit order for the same amount, i was told that they would. why different rules when you owe the customer money? do i also get interest on the money that you do not want to pay back to me?
i was asked if i want airtime for the money, OF COURSE NOT, i cancelled the subscribtion, as your service is not up to standard. also, you made an error to take the money off my account, so pay it back!! your problem, not mine! and please explain to me how you got to the amount you owe me, as far as i know, that should be more than that...
