I've opened an account for a galaxy tab 2. Contract was signed and approved! After 3 months I notified Vodashop secunda with whom I am doing business with I can not access my internet from my tab for the last month. Then they phoned me and gave me the number of customer care financial. After one month the debit order was stopped without notifying me in the first place! Now my account is not paid for 2 months!!! This was never my fault! Now I have to pay them 2months debit orders before I can activate my account! This is uncalled for and very unnecessary. I would like them to make arrangements that they start from end of this month to begin with normal debit order. Not double payments! Regards
