Poor support for Premium services

Early on 7th Dec 2013 (9am) certain DNS servers were unable to resolve ANY of our records. My team opened a query with Premier support & they were confident that nothing was wrong.at 11am our Domain disappeared completely from the internet. No mail, no sites, no traffic what so ever. We asked them to escalate the call but nothing has been done.they boldly announce that they have a turnaround policy of 24hrs.so far our zonefiles have been non existant for over 36hours. All MWEB says that their tech staff will only be able to look at this on Monday morning. WHAT'S THE POINT OF 24HR SUPPORT? They are utterly useless at what they do as an ISP. This is probably the 3rd time this occurred. Pathetic service MWEB don't offer 24hr support if you unable to followup with some. 2013207000795
