I would like to inform any one not to do business with Just Letting in Centurion. They decide to do whatever they like with your deposit. In my case more than R2, 000.00 was deducted to repair three stain marks on walls and more than R1, 000.00 for legal letters send to me for debit orders which did not go off my bank account. My issue is that I have never received these legal letters and also never signed an agreement for an debit order. My rent was paid via eft on time every time.
Asking them to send me proof of these letters they refused and tell me I must talk to the attorney sending these letters. Why must I do that? I am dealing with Just Letting and no one else.
I am still awaiting any response from Just Letting.
