RCS Calculation of 21% interest per annum

I have a Makro account card. Which is managed by RCS. In August, I have requested RCS to send my statements and any letters to my email address. I have also changed my cell phone number and gave them my new contact number. They also have my work tel number. But they didn't update my record. When I didn't receive my statements on my emails, I contacted RCS and requested for my statements. I have been double charged for collection letters, collection smses (Even though I requested for my statements to be sent via email)

The smses were sent to my old number which hasn't been used for months, yet they have my work number and my alternative cellphone number. Another issue is, I have requested for my statements from January to November 2013, they sent them to me via email. I went through each and every statement and I still do not understand how the 21% interest is calculated. I spoke to one of the consultants and she refused to explain how they calculate the interest. All I need is an accurate breakdown on how the interest is calculated. To everyone out there, whenever you open an account at any store, make sure it is not managed by RCS, it will save you a lot of headache.
