FNB blacklisting erro

FNB Hydepark blacklisted me for R488 without notifying me in writing. When I spoke to Jeanette Buda she picked up that they address they have been sending their letters to is not the correct address. I provided FNB with proof of address when opening the account, yet you sent letters to a wrong address??
So FNB you made a mistake and now you are taking over one month to fix the mess even after I paid the R488?

You need to notify the Credit Bureau immedaitely and stop delaying with this matter. How many times must I come into the branch to get feedback from you. Worst part is you cant even offer me a courtesy call to explain how far you are with fixing this issue, but I must keep coming there?? Im sick and tired of this
