Sometime in September this year a complained here about the money that was deducted in my account after i was misled to conclude an agreement with Mobimoola. Marelize Kleyn from Mobimoola responded and promised to look into the matter. Eventually they have retrieved the calls where i was misled and Marelize Kleyn wrote me an email apologising for what happened. She further promised that they have decided to refund me an amount of R854.00. I agreed by writing Marelize an email. I kept on calling to ask when can i expect my refund but no one seems to have no idea and they kept on promising to call. on the 23rd October 2013, Marelize wrote me an email where she said my money was captured on the 14th of Ocber 2013 but it normally takes 21 days for them to pay. I waited for that 21 working days which wxpired on the 12 November 2013. On the 11th November i wrote an email to Marelize asking about progress but she never bordered to respond even today. On the 12th November i called to ask about myy money but another woman said she will call me but she never called.
