NASHUA IS DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITH R10 FOR DON'T KNOW WHY, AFTER I PHONE AND SAID THEY MUST STOP. PROMISING IT WIL NEVER HAPPENED AGAIN. IT HAPPENED AAGAIN. AND I ASK THEM TO STOP IT. I SPOKR TO AYEZA REF: 3001391403. PROMISED THE MONEY WILL BE PAID WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS NO REFUND. AFTER THAT I WAS DDBITED AGAIN. THEN I PHONED AGAIN AND SPOKE TO KIDEON/KILLIAN. PROMISED ME EVERYTHING IS SORTED. HOLDING ON FOR MORE THAN 20 MIN ON MY CELL. TOLD ME SOMETHING ABOUT R80 WILL BE REFUNDED. GAVE MY BANKING DETAIL ETC WHICH IS THE SAME ACCOUNT WITCH THEY DEBIT. SAID I MUST PHONE IN ONE WEEK. SO I DID HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND I ASK THE LADY FOR HIM TO PHONE ME BACKNO REPLY. PHONE YESTERDAY TO SPEAK TO HIM HIS NOT AVAILABLE. SPOKE TO A MAVIS AND SHE SAID SHE WILL HELP ME. i GOT SO IRRITATED WITH HER ASKING ME THE SAME THING AND I ASK HET TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. SHE TOLD ME THE REFUND ID FOR R48 SND THE LAST DEBIT WAS IN MAY. MY LAST DEBIT WAS IN AUG. I DON'T WANT TO SPEAK TO HER I WANT TO SPEAK TO JACKY. WELL SHE PHONED AGAIN AND ASK THE SAME THINGS TELLING JACKY SAID I MUST SPEAK TO HER. I SAID TELL JACKY TO PHONE ME WELL JACKY DID NOT PHONE ME. PHONED TODAY AGAIN 2 TIMES 4 J NO SERVICE.
