I had an emergacy claim for my fiance. It was an out of network after hours claim. Essential med covers one such an occurrence a year for their customors. I was told to pay the bill and then claim it back. This was 4 months ago... Since then a VALERY handled our reimbursement. After not hearing anything for almost 2 months I phoned them again. To my suprise I heard that VALERY was fired and that se never gave our stuff in. A CLERICE was nou in charge of our stuff. After not hearing from them for another month I phoned them again and asked to speak to a manager. I was then put through to a MARELIZE. She promised me that it will be sorted out asap and I need not to worry. Well I recieved a form (one of about 10 that I had to fill in) to give them the "permission" to pay MY money into MY account. I did all of that the next day. And so the waiting began again. Nothing. After 3 weeks I phoned them again (yesterday). To my surprise again MARELIZE was on maturnity leave and CLERICE was absent and no body knew what was going on with my stuff. I spoke to a TARONE and ELONE who both told me they'll get back to me. Well I'm still waiting... I have more bills but am to scared to send it in!
