Misleading customers and giving false

Complaint against cell c and blanch opperman she called me on the 4th dec at 14;45pm and told me she listened to a few calls however she came to a conclusion and the case is closed. Imagine that that specific call cell c cant find how surprising she cant find the the call recording of Moses from the technical dept recording that call took place 24/11/2013 and several other calls of which i spoke to different agents who said that the internet server is down how strange and she said she spoke to her boss who said that the 3gb they gave me is more that enough and that can last me a month or a week i kept asking her how come u cannot find it she said im nt sure she said she works in the networking dept and she asked some of the networking team to confirm if they were having a problem from the weekend of the 22/11/2013 till 24/11/2013 the networking tem said no i don't understand how come because, the agents from Durban and Johannesburg said they having a problem. The customers has to keep calling cell c to find out if that problem was resolved why can't you call me and please give me a sensible turn around time, don't take like a week to resolve one complaint. Just wasting time really
