Upgrade complaint

I have now contacted vodacoms call centre and their contact page several times to solve my upgrade problem. I have placed a upgrade to my contact and new handset already in the first week of November. Since then nothing has happened. Vodacom has issued me with new order numbers and I had te redo the upgrade several time due to them losing it on the system.
I have spoken to many people including Candice Green, Pumzile, and finally Marvin de Waal. I had to contact Marvin several times since, he never returned my calls. The upgrade has now been cancelled due to the incompetence of their call centre and I was promised that 'Denver Naido' a manager at the call centre will contact me to explain what is going on and propose a solution to this disgraceful handling of this case. This has not happened and I am still waiting for this so called manager to phone me and explain how Vodacom is going to rectify this mess.
