I upgraded my contract on Monday, 2 Dec at the Greenstone mall branch.By Wednesday my sim activation had still not happened so I followed up with Customer Services. They couldnt help and asked me to contact the branch I was at. I called, they took my details down as their systems were down and were not able to help and promised to call back. I then called back later that afternoon, to which there was no response.
On Thursday I tweeted the Vodacom CS account asking for their assistance (3times) with no response. Again I tweeted the twitter CS account today, and have yet to have a response on this. I have been a lyal customer of Vodacoms for the last 10 years, however after this I am inclined to cancel my contract with Vodacom (with no consequences to myself) and move to another network. Absolutely shocking services.
