After logging my initial complaint on here a customer service agent called me and said he will get back to me as well as contact Lionell Moti at the branch. I am yet to receive a response and will now approach the CPA and will be taking legal action against Vodacom for breach of contract in terms of providing an acceptable level of service delivery. Terrible service and I will be making this terrible service known to every contact/family person and colleague I can.
