Unused balance of data bundle does not carry ove

Hi

I would like to know why it is NOT standard practice for MTN to allow IT'S subscribers to have their unused data bundle balances accumulate on running balance?

My opinion is that this practice, is essence, penalises subscribers who do not use up the full bundle in any given month.
