I recently bought a data bundle from MTN but realised that when I've been using the internet on my phone, I've still been paying a staggering R2 / Mb that is still being deducted from my airtime balance. I.e. my data bundle remains unused.
I called several times yesterday and was passed from one department to the next. Eventually someone spent about 20 minutes capturing my details and promised resolution within 2 hours. It's now 24 hours later and the problem is still there and I have had absolutely no feedback.
Please can someone respond?!
