What a bad service I received from Vodacom, for some reason a contract that I didn't agree on was activated on my pre-paid phone, and it seems I can't cancel it. have contacted Vodacom several times with no joy, I was promised by the consultant at their cancellation department that it will be don't in the next 48hrs. Its 72hrs later and I'm still waiting, called them and I was told its still pending. what a pathetic service!!
