Veronica never bothered to explain the technicalities of the LTE service. I only found out that the service is not available here in Worcester after 3 weeks from the date of purchase. However, this service is supposed to come with the package as promised in the contract. This accounts as a breach of contract due to malperformance and I wish to rescind my contract with no liability to cancellation fees, but they were so rude to me they even twisted the story to my legal advisor. When I told the outlet Manager the story, she replied "you should have asked before signing". This is a gross misconduct by Veronica and her Manager and I wish to be heard.
