BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR SERVICE

Today i went nashua mobile to enquire about my bundles and my minutes because i was softlocked within 4 days of the month, i found a gentlemen and a lady, they could not answer my questions and find a solution to help me, we ended up arguing because i was demanding help as a client, they both gave me a very bad attitude an a lady called Fisan told me that the contract is not mine so they will ask the security to throw me out and only attend my husband as the owner of the contract of which i am the person using the phone, the white guy that i think is their manager came and ask them to leave and helped me in 10 minutes time without any fight with us, he gave a good service, but as for his employees, they need to be put in their place, the lady was even cheeky to that manager because she stopped helping the clients and went to the back office with a very bad attitude and the manager had to keep on going to her to ask some questions, such employees do not need a job, there many humble people who are looking for a job, they will do anything to keep it, not Fisani and her colleauge, sort them out before clients move to where they will be respected, there are many of such networks.
