I took my phone in Samsung S3, for a faulty battery on the 7th of my phone November and was told it would take 24hours to sort out. I called on Saturday they said Monday or Tuesday. I then got my phone on the 19th. To my shock I found pictures of people I don't know, the pictures which looked like it was a gathering of a family were taken on the 9th of November.

Mind you, there was nothing wrong with my camera. The screen protector was removed, I don't know why and the battery is still faulty. I wrote to autopage the same day attaching the pictures and they told me that the query has been forwarded to the branch till this day I have not received a response.

I asked them am I going to pay courier fees again for a problem that was supposed to be sorted out in the first place, and i got a very cold yes saying that the repairs will take 5-6 weeks. My problem may seem small to them but my phone being used at a family gathering as a camera and who knows what I just lost trust in Autopage
