Hi, I want to complain about the extremely poor service from Cell C. Cell C is offering a contract to customers but it is of no use. I recently took out a contract with Cell C. Moving from Vodacom due to a "better" deal I thought I was making the right decision but clearly Cell C service is not even close to their competitors. My calls are being dropped constantly and my data connection shows "H" but clearly the connection is worse than edge. I have logged numerous complaints with the call centre and also went to a Cell C shop. I also send through network reports but I have not even received a reference number, pathetic. For the few rand I save per month, it is not worth it to spend the contract monthly subscription on a service I can barely use... Why am I paying a great deal of money monthly for a poor service??? Cell C is not keeping up with their end of the contract to provide me with a stable service that can actually be used. I want my contract cancelled immediately with no penalty fee's!! This is a reasonable request but as I am sure, no one will even respond to this...
