So I received my new phone and it uses a micro sim. I call the call centre to activate it and they tell me to call activations on 0831239622 which I did. I get a voice message saying that they are not available and that I must call back tomorrow.
I call the call centre on 808 and they inform me that the whole activations section/department is on a year-end function. So this is saying that it's more important to party then to keep customers happy. This is really pathetic service from MTN.
