Not doing their job like always

Me and my wife went there to apply for a mobile contract for a blackberry Z10 which was approved on the same day 03/12/2013, when they phoned us to come and sign for the phone and collect it once we did everything they gave my wife a form to sigh that she received the phone and everything is fine and the product is not damaged.
The lady went to the storeroom and came back out asked for a proof of residence, I left my wife there at the shop and back on arrival with the document the lady told me they have no stock and we will receive it the next morning 04/12/2013.
I phoned the shop 05/12/2013 and spoke to the assistant manager and explained everything to him and he said he will call me back which he have not done till now 06/12/2013 I got my friend out to phone the shop to get information on the matter where they told him they will get the stock today how many today's must I wait to get my product from them they are nationwide Vodacom shops are all of their service like this or only this one at Sunnyside on the corner of Steve Bioko and Robert sebokwe street THIS IS THE MOST CRAPPYEST service eve
