I contacted iBurst on the 14th of March< as i have hardly any reception, and, first of all, i get a response saying that they recievd my query, and my reference number is... absolutely blank!! Then i contact them again, and get told that it has been escalated, and still no response!! I have contacted them every week since then, to be told that its been escalated, and that someone is coming, and i am still waiting for ANYONE to contact me from iBurst! If you are looking for a service provider for internet, whatever you do, DO NOT GO FOR iBurst!! Their service < yet if you miss payment for one day, rest assured that they will cut you off!!! These guys have no clue as to what they are doing!!!
