I have accidently paid over my Rent Monies to iBurst on Friday (08.03.2013), i have contacted my bank, they have instructed me to speak to iBurst as iBurst doesnt help the banks with refunds. I have contacted iBurst, they said that they would only do a refund on Monday (11.03.2013). When i have contacted iBurst on Monday, they informed me that the refund would only take place after 7 Working Days. i have informed iBurst that i need these funds ASAP for the rent to which they replied that it is the process and they cant do anything about my problem.
is there no matter of helping the customer as iBurst is only interested in your money and nothing else.
