TELKOM ISP account slow unresponsive

I am paying for uncapped adsl from telkom, which has been unusable for the last week so much so that I have to use another ISP for my bandwith.

When I use telkom its very slow, using another ISP the internet is perfectly fine.

Please TELKOM SORT THIS OUT... I am not going to pay for something which unusable..
