Astonishing customer service-frontline cashie

@ 20:40 I just went to Tahero service Station to fill up my vehice with petrol and also wanted to get something from the Woolies convinience store, I asked the petrol attendant and he advised me to pay inside. I took a few items and Danisa swiped them, I told her that I also filled up petrol from pump 5, she started screaming, Veronica, Veronica, Veronica I asked her what is going on she just replied "I dont combine here". Was it so hard for her to explain where I should have made payment? As a paying customer she should have told me that i had made payment at the wrong till, instead of screaming over me. I use this garage almost on a day to day basis and i must say that all the staff is polite and are very customer oriented.
Rob Dubbini I hope that corrective action will be taken against Danisa Ngobeni as this is totally unacceptable.
