Fitted alarm in August 2013 (consultant Wesley Govender - Durban branch)
ADT has falsely debited my account with more than the agreed-upon amount of. I contacted their customer service, with no response. I called and spoke to a manager, who informed me that he would call me back, still no response.
I contacted Wesley and he promised, to send me a statement for the extra charges. and said charges will be refunded. Up to date, there has been no refund, or feedback.
I contacted ADT several times to enquire about cancellation. The call centre said they would call me back. Up to date there has been no call. I called again to speak to a manager who told me I had signed a 2 year contract with ADT, and I would be liable for cancellation fees. I asked the manager to forward me the contract I signed, as I cannot remember being told I would be contracted to ADT for 2 years, and I don't remember signing a contract for such.
I was told the contract (with my supposed signature) would be emailed to me yesterday. Up to today there is no answer form ADT
Today I contacted a lawyer, who has set up a face to face meeting with a representative from the NCA for me next week. I have had enough!
