I really couldn't be bothered to phone again to follow up on my contract cancellation. Numerous calls and promises to return my calls about the said cancellation - no feedback at all to date. David knows the whole story, and was the person who initially stated I am able to cancel my contract due to non service delivery. I dont care that Vodacom internal processes are in a "pending" state - this has all to do with me. I want my contract cancelled and a refund issued for this month.
